Palpatha is an ECO friendly property using solar and traditional lighting, bio degradable raw material's, employ staff from the village so as to upgrade their standard of life, support the local school and education of the village children with a part of our proceeds while over 95 % of our food stuff are sourced from the surrounding village and chenna's.
Palpatha is located mid way between Puttalam and Auradapura and is just 15min away from the entrance/ticket office of the Wilpattu National Park and to give our guest a true experience of rural Sri Lanka. Meals are traditional Sri lankan, cooked by our village cook to the style of the area.
Palpatha offers you a rustic experience amidst the bounty of nature. Whether it is the leopard you seek or dolphins and whales, the chalets are centrally located.
